I’m not your typical photographer – I’m not formally trained, I don’t use a lot of expensive equipment, and I don’t have a traditional studio. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I approach photography with a sense of adventure. My specialty is creative portraiture, which basically means if it’s kind of weird, I do it.
This has taken me to some crazy places (abandoned buildings, a sunken WWII minesweeper, a deserted Nazi compound), but it’s also connected me with some of the most incredible people I could ever hope to meet.
Since moving to St. Louis nearly five years ago, I’ve been working to develop a distinct style. I use lighting and color to create photographs that are visually stunning and capture the lives and personalities of my clients.
I love my job because I love people. Everyone I meet is endlessly fascinating, and I can’t wait to capture that on camera.
